Our house sits on the long distance walking route linking Dunkeld and Kirkmichael, a journey of about 16 scenic Highland miles.

Upper Hatton occupies several acres of grounds surrounded by rolling Perthshire hills, forests and lochs.

So, lots of space to stretch your legs.

Even play tennis on our own wee court!

Or take photographs - the deer sanctuary next door will give you some great subjects!

Or just enjoy the peace and tranquillity, drinking in the scenery, watching out for local wildlife.
