Drive straight through Dunkeld. Take the first right onto the A923 Blairgowrie Road.

200 metres later, take the forestry track road on the left by the yellow house.

Speed limit is 15mph!

Please drive carefully!

Upper Hatton is 5 mins away, just over 1 mile of the main track on the right hand side of the road.

After a minute you'll come to the Atholl Estates gate. Carry straight on.

Eventually, you'll see our famous peacock B&B sign on the right.
