Directions

Drive straight through Dunkeld. Take the first right onto the A923 Blairgowrie Road.

200 metres later, take the forestry track road on the left by the yellow house.

The speed limit is 15mph! Please drive carefully as this is a not a tarmacadamed public road. You stay on this winding wee track all the way.

Track as it passes Upper Hatton, looking southwards

Upper Hatton is about 5 mins away, just over 1 mile on the right hand side of the road.

After a minute you'll come to the Atholl Estates gate. Carry straight on.

Eventually, you'll see our famous peacock B&B sign on the right. Drive on in! Acres of space!
